Breakthrough: Main Loop Hydrostatic Filtration!
What This Means for OEMs and Operators…
Main Loop Protection
Installed where the damage occurs — between pump and motor.
Cumulative Ferrous Control
Prevents progressive metallic build-up in closed-loop circuits.
Reduced Pump & Motor Wear
Stops hard ferrous fines from re-circulating through rotating groups.
Improved Reliability & Availability
Lower wear rates support extended service life.
Reduced Warranty & Total Cost of Ownership
Mitigation at source reduces downstream failure risk.

The Science of Super Filtration
- High Intensity focused magnetic flux gradients…
- Striping damaging Microfine Contamination from fluids and gas, with high efficiency to micron levels…even at High velocities and viscosities,
- Trapping the Removed Contamination – OUT of the FLUID flow
For the first time!
Hydrostatic Main Loop Protection / Filtration

Suitable for Protection of all High Pressure, High Flow, Bi-Directional systems

The Hidden Risk in Hydrostatic Systems
In closed-loop hydrostatic drives:
-
Wear is continuous
-
Ferrous particles circulate at full system pressure
-
Hard metallic fines repeatedly re-pass through pumps and motors
-
Cumulative contamination increases over time
Traditional filters discriminate particle size.
They do not address particle threat.
Sub-10 micron ferrous debris — the most destructive contaminant in the system — is allowed to continuously circulate through the very components generating power.
Bi-Directional, High-Pressure, Non-Restrictive Protection
For decades, main loop filtration in hydrostatic transmissions has been considered impossible because of:
- High pressure.
- Continuous flow reversal.
- Extreme pressure spikes.
Conventional filters rely on restrictive media.
In a hydrostatic main loop, that would creates instability, pressure differential, and the risk of debris being forced back into the system.
So the industry avoided it.
Instead, filtration was placed on the charge / top-up circuit — downstream of where wear actually occurs.
That leaves the main hydrostatic loop unprotected.
