Agriculture and Forestry Machinery
Many pieces of agriculture equipment rely on hydraulic systems for power. For the equipment to remain operational and to continue to perform successfully these systems need to remain free from contamination especially the highly damaging sub 5 micron ferrous contaminant. Magnom’s™ unique ability to fine filter without incurring pressure drop make it ideally suited to on vehicle and machinery applications in the demanding environment found in the Agriculture sector especially on truck and off highway machines. These machines can only be effective when they are operational in the field and any downtime can have far reaching cost implications. The Magnom™ team has designed specific units to be installed into external fluid lines (transmission, hydraulic and engine) as well as the PumpMate range which is designed to be fitted in the reservoir on the suction side.
Off Road and Mobile Equipment
Tough off road working condition but demanding control hydraulics giving the operators of today ease of precision movement of vehicles and equipment. These parameters require the highest levels of filtration and separation technology. Magnom is at the forefront with the PumpMate series of products for these applications.This brings for the first time suction side filtration with out the fear of cavitation. This is the ideal solution for systems with combined transmission and hydraulic circuits.
The Magnom™ team also sells Magnom™ cores directly to OEM customers for insertion into hydraulic systems, transmission systems and engines at the point of manufacture.
