Utilising the technology for the protection of heavy industrial transmissions has generated major savings (up to 100K[pounds sterling] per annum from one installation!) from:

The Magnom™ has been used in a range of large gearboxes ranging from wind turbines up to large kiln drives
In every case the Magnom™ has been found to remove the damaging metallic debris down to less than 1 micron. This has been found to reduce wear dramatically, therefore making the gearbox last longer.
Additional benefits include extension of lubricant life and the system can be installed without reducing the flow, even in gear oils with viscosities of 12,000 CSt.
A Magnom™ Process Unit or 10” HT Unit is usually installed in the oil line or when the oil is not pumped it is often introduced onto a skid (a dialysis type arrangement). We can provide engineered sytems where the Magnom™ unit can be pre-piped and skid mounted as a kidney loop for ease of specification, purchasing and installation on site.
