William Peterson is a high quality gear manufacturer with a number of CNC Grinding machines (KEL VITA 175/1000).
A central system is employed (self clean cartridge that cleans overnight) in the factory that services 9+ machines.
Before fitting Magnom™ the company were experiencing abrasion of the shafts noticeable by grey burn marks. The fitting of Magnom™ has eliminated this, by super cleaning the fluid from microscopic ferrous particles.
The Magnom™ core is cleaned in the company’s onsite Aquaclean AS110 machine.
