A trawler had been experiencing problems with the hydraulic winches onboard since new.
Due to the nature of the application, it was a problem that was even more disabling and difficult to resolve, when out at sea.
A Magnom™ Stainless Steel Module was installed in the hydraulic line to remove the ferrous contamination that was causing problems within the system.
The installation solved the problem and after 5 months the unit is still performing well and the system is running trouble free.
