The hydraulic pump on the Paco hydraulics machine failed and caused a 300 gallon spill onto the floor.
After clean up they inspected the pump and found contamination had damaged seals and destroyed the pump. This resulted in a $30,000 loss [5/6th due to loss of revenue]!
