After reviewing oil analysis reports the customer installed Magnom™ Midi units on a main hydraulic system.
The size and concentration of the contaminant debris were sufficient enough to cause an interference with components, by clogging return ports, valves and existing filters. This contributed to the poor performance of the equipment, including failure.
The oil analysis also found Spheres, known as techtites (sparks), generated from such activities as welding, grinding, or sandblasting. - (Build Metals)
